- description: This resource provides a mapping between Norwegian municipalities and dialect regions, and can be used, e.g., to infer the dialect region of a speaker in a speech dataset based on their place of birth. This mapping is developed by Phoebe Parsons at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The mapping includes both old and new municipalities and counties, and maps to two different dialect classifications: 1. Named dialects, following Martin Sjekkeland's "Dei norske dialektane" (The Norwegian Dialects) from 1997. 2. Numeric dialects, following a classification from the SpeechDat project. The content of this resource is explained in more detail in the documentation files.
- description: Denne ressursen gir en kobling mellom norske kommuner og dialektregioner, og kan for eksempel brukes til å utlede dialektregionen til talere i et taledatasett basert på deres fødested. Koblingen er utviklet av Phoebe Parsons ved Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet, NTNU. Ressursen omfatter både gamle og nye kommuner og fylker, og koblingene går til to ulike dialektklassifiseringer: 1. Dialektnavn, etter Martin Sjekkelands "Dei norske dialektane" fra 1997. 2. Numeriske dialekter, etter en klassifisering fra SpeechDat-prosjektet. Innholdet i ressursen er nærmere beskrevet i dokumentasjonsfilene.
