Terms and conditions

1. Order and order confirmation 

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner including VAT. 

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address when we receive your order. It is important that you check that this confirmation is in accordance with your order. 

2. Payment methods 

You can pay by debit or credit card. If you do not have the opportunity to pay by card, you may request to pay by invoice, but only if you are registered with a Norwegian organization number. The payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. 

3. Delivery time and shipping 

Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We usually send goods either as a letter or as a package delivered at your door. Parcels to addresses outside Norway will be shipped either by letter or by DHL. 

4. Complaints and right of withdrawal 

If an item has errors or defects, you can either demand re-delivery or cancellation of the purchase. This must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or defect. 

Products from NB noter are Print-On-Demand products and are therefore to be regarded as specially made for the individual order. Normal right of withdrawal provisions do not apply. 

By ordering from NB noter and accepting the terms of purchase, it is considered that an agreement has been made that production will begin.
