Conversion table
On this page you can convert an ISBN from 10 to 13 digits yourself.
Procedure for conversion:
Complete lists with converted ISBNs and GTIN-(EAN) codes can be obtained from ISBN Norway.– 978 is entered by default
– Enter the first 9 digits of the ISBN to be converted, without hyphens
– Press “Calculate”
– The new check digit will appear in the box labelled “Check digit”
– You now have a new 13-digit ISBN
– Insert hyphens after 978 and continue as they are in the 10-digit ISBN, like this: ISBN 978-82-05-33018-4
