Workshop for Researchers

Researchers now have the opportunity to test searches and analyze data from the Web Archive.

In collaboration with the Center for Digital Narrative (CDN) and D-lab at the University of Bergen, we are organizing a workshop for researchers on 11-12 September 2023. 

The workshop is a lunch-to-lunch event where we test the technology SolrWayback as a research service. 

The service includes a toolbox with functionality for visualizing domain connections, exporting to Gephi for network analysis, Ngram showing word frequencies over time, and geo-based image search. 

We are also developing tools on top of this for insight and analysis of big data in the form of Jupyter notebooks.

Participation requires research competence (started PhD candidate or higher).
